About

C-Dragon is (hopefully going to become) a large collaborative effort to hack Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars and replace the characters’ Japanese voices with their English voices as heard in their previously localized games/animes. The nifty title combines “Capcom” with “Seadragon,” which is one of two meanings of “Tatsunoko.” This symbolizes the effort to give the game more English, while respecting the two companies who teamed up to create the game in the first place. The characters in the logo banner were given a cartoon filter to make them mimic shading style of traditional American comic books, furthering the ridiculous symbolism. Whoo.
